Mitt Romney the Republican governor of Massachusetts has proposed a new common wealth health care plan for his state. It is not a universal coverage plan, but does seem to be a babystep in the right direction. Lest his Republican allies fear that he's gone too far off the "Not rich? Better luck next life" mandate, Romney does manage to take some shots at the Clinton family in each of the articles.
